WARRANTY

ADRI provides a warranty of goods in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty, laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. 

RETURNS

“Regulation on distance contract” of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia Nr.207 provides that the client has the right to terminate the contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days and return the purchased goods back to the online store to the seller. In case of return of goods, please note the following conditions:
• returned goods must be in their original packaging (does not apply to goods delivered with defects);
• the product is returned in a complete set and in the condition in which it was delivered
The return policy does not apply to:
• goods damaged by the customer;
• if the customer has used the returned product.
